Summary. Observation of groundworks was undertaken for a two-storey side extension as the site lies within the western part of the Late Iron Age oppidum as defined by a system of defensive dykes, close to the route of both Grimes Dyke and the Triple Dyke. Three modern services crossed the site but there were no archaeological features or finds.
