Summary. An archaeological evaluation (two L-shaped trial-trenches) was carried out at The Forge, Bradwell, in advance of the construction of two new dwellings, including parking, utilities and the demolition of the old forge building. Three ditches were uncovered, two undated and one post-medieval in date.
