Summary. Two evaluation trenches were excavated at 10, The Paddock, Stock in May 2013, prior to the construction of two new dwellings. No structural remains associated with medieval or post-medieval pottery manufacture were identified during the evaluation. However, a significant quantity of post-medieval pottery sherds and glaze-splashed tile fragments was collected from the topsoil. These probably derive from a nearby kiln site.
